Amy Radin

Amy Radin is an adviser, speaker and author, working with executives and senior leaders to deliver growth through meaningful innovation. She offers an uncommonly pragmatic and disciplined approach that begins with pinpointing high-potential unmet market needs, and from there provides a proven framework for “what to do next” and how to lead through the inevitable, daily challenges any organization will face in pursuit of innovation.

Amy built a track record of success moving ideas to performance in senior innovation, digital and marketing roles at top brands including Citi and American Express, and also as an adviser to select early stage start-ups. What sets Amy apart is her ability both to identify the market need, and then lay the path through the internal mechanisms needed to accomplish business goals. Amy’s client list includes Pfizer, Salesforce.com, Deloitte, American Banker and Ripple.

She has been featured in numerous business publications including Forbes, Chief Executive, Corporate Board Member, SmartBrief, and SHRM, and on many innovation-focused podcasts including CXO Talk. She is the author of the award winning The Change Maker’s Playbook: How to Seek, Seed and Scale Innovation In Any CompanyIn this first book, Amy shares her experience as a senior executive accountable for creating growth, along with that of 50 executives who have been on the front line of innovation, learned from their experience and succeeded.

Amy is a graduate of The Wharton School and Wesleyan University. She serves on the global board of the AICPA, advising on the impact of technology and workforce disruption on accounting and financial management professionals worldwide.

She resides in the metropolitan New York City area.
