He has driven customer centric transformation through the founding of both Nordstrom and Dunn & Bradstreet’s corporate incubators developing products that delivered against key business objectives, created new revenue opportunities and enhanced productivity through agile methodology.

He is now the director of client partnerships at Alpha, a consumer insights platform providing 1/3 of the Fortune 100 the fastest way to learn from their future customers.
