Taylor Dawson started his journey as a serial intrapreneur 5 years ago as a founding member of GE Appliances' FirstBuild Microfactory. Since that time, he has rekindled GE Appliances’ small appliances business unit, started an innovation consultancy, and built a cutting-edge streaming business – all from within the corporation.

Today, Taylor is leading GE Appliances’ Innovation Ventures, an internal accelerator that seeks to integrate innovation best practices into the corporate playbook.
